As founder and Senior Director of Care Clinics of Naperville, Stan brings a wealth of over 30 years of experience in the addiction field. He is not only the chief administrator, but also carries a case load of clients with varied needs, including marriage, grief & loss, and individual issues.

His educational background reflects a B.A. in Psychology, an M.S. in Community Mental Health and 12 hours post Master’s degree in counseling. He ho.lds the highest level of specialized certification for working in the area of mentally ill substance abusers, MISA II. He is also certified as a Master’s level alcohol and drug counselor, C.A.A.D.C. in Illinois and nationally, by IAODAPCA. Lastly, he is Internationally certified as an alcohol and other drug addiction counselor, A.O.D.A. by the I.C.R.C.

Grace has "found her niche" in that Care Clinics has allowed her to "listen creatively." Grace brings with her the understanding that the most important part of counseling is having the desire and ability to listen to another with sincere concern and without judgment.

As a bilingual and bicultural counselor, Rosa brings diversity into our counseling services and reinforces our mission to help clients from all walks of life find hope and understanding, as they engage in the counseling process.

Kimberly Groll is a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified alcohol and drug/ addictions counselor, and anger management trainer. Kimberly received her master's in Clinical Psychology at Benedictine University with her subspecialties in marriage and family. She works with behavioral issues while providing a safe and trusting atmosphere. Her therapeutic approach centers on the joy and pain of experiencing reality while connecting with her clients by "Finding Solutions Together."
